RuaDecember 2019 It's a long story a long way .....before and after 1945 1670 = under Louis XIV, Colbert, then Minister of the Navy created first retirement pension for the military sailors. 1768 = Creation of Generale Farm Employee pension plan 1790 = " of pension funds its civil servants 1831 = " State Military Pension Fund 1853 = When creating of Railway Company, a law organized a pay-as -you-go pension plan of civils servants with retirement at 60 and 55 for hard work. At the same time , industrialists( paternalitics or utopians) establish a social protection system to ensure employé loyalty ( Michelin tyres, Chocolat Meunier, Fonderie GODIN... etc..) 1900 = Creation of the Railway Workers Pension Fund . 1910 = First attempt, to create a pension fund for all employées, but a few take advantage of it because there will be no mandatory character. 1928 = Second attempt at a compulsory scheme wich will be rejected by doctors, merchants, farmers, employers and some community workers. 1930 = Low 30 april : First ageing insurance scheme for all employees |
