What is the difference between french accent? I see there are many variations of "e" but i cant hear the difference

Do you mean the differences between "e", "é" and "è"? If so, it's mainly about the "degree of openness" of your mouth and/or lips. The position of your jaw contributes to produce a different sound. I suggest you check the phonetic alphabet to know how to pronounce these different vowels.
