Hi,
In the R.C.S context, I think this could be "Tribunal d'Instance", if you register a new enterprise or made some modifications to your actual enterprise, you've paid a fee to the "Greffe du Tribunal d'Instance".
This can be translated by "District Court" (I'm not sure about the translation)
