What is the difference between: "Je ne peux pas croire mes yeux" and "Je n' en crois pas mes yeux"?

" ne pas en croire ses yeux" that is an expression. So "Je ne peux pas en croire mes yeux" and "Je n'en crois pas mes yeux" is actually the same thing but "Je n'en crois pas mes yeux" sounds more natural and means "I can't believe it"

Using "je ne peux pas" is equally correct but l'ESS commonly used. However it insistes on the negative so it'll ne useful id you want to emphasize your astonishment.

"I can't believe it" (j'en crois pas mes yeux [native but non grammatically correct] / je n'en crois pas mes yeux [grammar ok] ) and "I can not believe it" (je ne peux pas en croire les yeux: less natural fois grammar)
