Learn phrases (in context), never separate words! Listen to (and read) audiobooks at your level (A1, A2, B1, B2...) Start talking about easy subjects; your town, best friend, hobby... Only some native speakers can explain the grammar clearly; ask them to correct you when you make mistakes, but don't let it stop you from speaking. Surround yourself with English and keep smiling. Find friends from native english countries and try to make ur own sentences, ask ur friend to correct u and u learn from there
