Learn phrases (in context), never separate words! Listen to (and read) audiobooks at your level (A1, A2, B1, B2...) Start talking about easy subjects; your town, best friend, hobby... Only some native speakers can explain the grammar clearly; ask them to correct you when you make mistakes, but don't let it stop you from speaking. Surround yourself with English and keep smiling.
