    THE best way to evaluate your english is talking to an english teacher so he can evaluate your speaking, writing and reading. The teacher has to listen to your pronunciation (how well you pronounce it and how fluent/fast can you talk without hesitating).
    Written tests are good for reading/writing but they are not good enough. Many of my students go through those tests and when I evaluate them they fail because they can read or write but they can´t talk or pronounce.
