Cuestión da lingua
A sentence:"Something has to be done about……"Here we use"has",is because "something"is a singular noun or a uncountable noun? What about "anything"?

We use has because something is a singular noun. Anything is also singular, but no one says " Anything has to be done" even though it is grammatically correct.
