Have I made any mistakes in the text below?

• An example of when an organization had to change is when the company where my mom works decided to switch to a home office one month before an official lockdown was announced by the government because of COVID.

• The most difficult thing was for the older generation, they had to learn to use zoom, electronic document circulation, and departments learn to communicate with each other in messengers instead of going to each other’s office as before.
