    • Mr Zbigniew Kubica has been employed at ZSOiZ w Mońkach since 1st September 2007.
  • He has worked in our vocational branch for 6 years.
  • His responsibilities include preparing and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • The pupils and groups he works with show of great diversity of talents, abilities and social backgrounds.
  • He proved to be apt at managing groups with students prone to misbehavior, as well as, motivating and leading highly motivated groups.
  • I am sure such wealth of classroom experience will meet all your expectations concerning behaviour management and working with students at different levels.
    • I am also happy to say that Mr Kubica is punctual and has maintained an excellent attendance record.
  • He has participated in works of many school commissions, where he proved to be an active team person.
  • Throughout the years he co-organized many school events, where he presented himself as a both artistic and technical person.
  • I am sorry to say I did not have the pleasure to get to know Mr Kubica closer.
  • He seems to be a polite and well-behaved person who prefers to act professional.
  • However, I have noticed that he is well liked among his colleagues.
  • Due to demographic situation we are not able to secure Mr Kubica a full-time position.
  • Nevertheless, I wish him all the best in his search for a job.
