In our career, they are two different working styles which can be considered.
On the one hand, we can work and stay in the same area, at the same office.
On the other hand, we can travel in different countries for many professional reasons.
In this essay, these two aspects will be considered.
Secondly, the fact to work at the same location is convenient to found a family.
Later, while their children grow, they can enforce their friendships with other class mates.
However, discovering the world is a rich experience.
If we are for example a business corporate who must visit customers, lead projects in many countries.
We can enjoy different working styles among different cultures and languages.
This experience can be a great happiness if we do not need to care of a family whom we would miss.
In addition, the fact to meet people in different contexts can help to develop specific abilities.
Each work team has different strengths and weak points.
For example, in Italy, I could work in two different companies of software development in the area of Rome.
Both of them had different work styles and different work dynamics which gave them different strengths.
To conclude, I think that working at the same place during a long period or travelling around the word have both advantages and disadvantages in the professional domain and the social life.
I would recommend a life of business traveller four young adults who have not gotten married yet and a stable work style at the same site for people who must take care of their family.
