Talking about my work experience
- Since my undergraduate education I have been working with different meat products, I know their sensory characteristics very well and working with any kind of modification, such as low-sodium/fat or adding products of plant origin has been a big challenge.
- In most cases in the final stage, consumers reject these products.
- For me, working at X company would be a big challenge, in which I could contribute to plant-based products being sensorial increasingly similar to products conventionally of animal origin.
