  • We ask you to include in the documents the following mentions that relates either to our general purchasing conditions (GPC) or ur general sales conditions (GCS), and which also provide a link thanks to which the other party can have access to our GPC or GSC.
  • The purpose is to make clear that the relevant general conditions form part of said Documents, by referring to them as described hereinafter and by showing they are available at any time via the link.
  • Please note that once SAP will be implemented in our system, these mentions will already be inserted in every purchase order and order acknowledgement (but not in our commercial offers).
