    • Instead, thanks to a survey made by magazine Which?, which it has analysed the nutritional values of 52 milkshakes sold by British main supermarkets , it is emerged that a large milkshake risks to be anything but healthy, because it is very rich of sugar (“they are always dangerous for tooth and shape, even if they could be derived by fruits or not,” explains a dentist to British magazine), while the high fruit concentration is negative for calories.
  • The survey – The ugly truth is written by numbers, 41 of 52 milkshakes tested are more sugared than a bottle of 250ml of Cola flavour drink (which has not vitamins and mineral salts, instead they are present in a large quantity in milkshakes).
  • Emblematic the case of pineapple, mango and passion fruit juice of a very famous British brand, which contains also 36,75g of sugar, like 7 teaspoons, in front of 26,5g of sparkling drink.
