Evan was born in Puerto la Cruz, Venezuela in 1995, his mother was Venezuelan (until she was killed in a robbery when Evan was 15 years old), his father Michael, also Venezuelan, spent almost his whole life living in Red County.

When Evan's mother died, his father called him and said that he would bring him to Red County in a few weeks, meanwhile he had to stay with his aunt, María.

A few weeks later he was talking about his mother's death in his father's house.

Evan's father was a humble carpenter who arrived to Red County looking for job opportunities in the late 99', due the crisis that he saw coming with the victory of Hugo Chavez in the presidential elections.

He settled down without problems and carried on his life alone until he called his son.

Evan's father used to call him to do some carpentry, Evan was the one who carried the wood and because of that he developed a great acquired strength.

He likes to read, listen to music and practice martial arts in his backyard.

Evan grew up seeing police series on the television, and he swore himself that he would become one.

Something like his mother's death cannot happen again if he can avoid it.
