    • Intoduction Being healthy is the best thing you can ever have.
    • Many people study a lot and don't care about themselves for instance they don't do any sports.
    • The same to the pupils in our school.
    • They are too young to understand how health is important for them, so our school have to improve their health.
    • Nowadays there are many activities that they can take up, but the most wanted ones are going white-water rafting or health spa weekends.
    • Making White-water rafting Actually, white-water rafting is extremely interesting kind of activity, but it demand to have quite a strong body.
    • So not many students can do it, and also it costs quite more compare to Health Spa weekend and we're run out of money, so we can't afford it.
  • Many pupils want to do this activity and obviously they would complain about not making this if we didn't.
  • But there are one way to solve this problem, it's to conduct this sport quite rarely.
  • Making Helth Spa Weekend It's not very healthy at all, you won't build your body only by sitting in the spa.
  • But we have physical education in our school, so it's not a big deal.
  • In addition, girls will definitely like whereas boys won't at all, but i think after a bit of time they will.It doesn't cost a lot compare to making white-water rafting that costs a fortune.
  • And it's more relax time, and no one would complain that we do it in their spare time.
  • If someone can't be there, he can be not there.
  • But pupils would definitely not skip it.
  • Recommendation Both ideas have their own downsides and benefits.
  • Spa is quite relax and more suitable for doing after hard week whereas white-water rafting is quite hard to do but it apparently more healthier for your body in terms of building body and making you stronger.As i mentioned before we can't afford conducting lots of hours white-water rafting, so i suggest to choose the second option.
