• In the modern era use the internet very popular among people.

• Technology is really help people to connect each other, therefore many employers would like to use it.

• Working with telecommuting have many advantages, including this: firstly, employees do not need to reach on time to the office so stressful levels reduced for them.

• Secondly, perhaps some good employees have a big problem in their pravate life (perhaps have a sick child, have dynamic problems or got married ) so managers never lose their admirable staffs just they have a problem or live in the far city.

• Sometimes employers can not find and rent out a suitable office because of it is very hard and expensive so they prefer to find a small and cheap office and some employees who can work by the internet.

• Another advantage, many intelligent employees are not able to work in the office which it crowded and clamorous, but they are able to work in the calm places without additional noises.

• But this new way for working has many problems that employers should be solve them.

• First, because of employers can not manage or control who work far from the office and some employees tend to low work therefore if there is a lack of supervising so the result not satisfactory for managers.

• Second, some people cannot have productive activity at home because there are too many distractions at home.

• I think that this sort of work will be popular among people because this way can reduce costs and people can use them very easily as much as they live far from city.
