  • Saturday 20th January -wasting of time-

    • I woke up at 9 am, dressed up myself and packed my bag with several clothes for the shooting.
    • I then went to Birmingham straight after It was snowing when I got there, I bought a white teeshirt from TK Maxx as they asked over the phone.
    • I walked to the agency, the rhubarb building by the custard factory where I introduced myself to a woman that gave my a paper to fill with my detail which I've done before waiting about half an hour on a sofa.
    • I've been asked to hanged all my clothes on the hanger.
    • The woman that was in charge of picking me three different dress told me what to wear when the hairstylist did me three different hairstyle as well.
    • I then went to the shooting room three times and took somes poses but it felt like the photographer rushed a bit the session.
    • They never ask me to pose topless which confused me a bit.
    • I had some makeup on my face too and I enjoyed it though.
    • It calm me and made me relax.
  • I went out for a shot of espresso afterwards as the woman told me that it would take about an hour to get the portfolio ready.
    • I got back to the studio at 3 pm and I have been waited until 5 pm before the responsable came to me.
    • I was sick of waiting and Grant was waiting for me by the bullring.
    • I spoke with the responsable in his office and he told me that I was successfull and the agencies we come to me quickly.
    • I felt like he was rushing me, he was shouting as well pretexting he had a cold recently.
    • He gave me a paper with the different prices of the portfolio starting from 3300 gbp to about 400 for the cheapest one which you get only 5 images.
    • I told him that it was far too expensive and that I could not aford it anyway so he became angry and shown a lack of respect in my opinion.
    • I felt that it was a scam because of the way he pointed out some of their customers that are successful profesionnal models and earn lot of money.
    • I though he was lying and exagerating so I simply said that I had no money with me.
  • I left thinking I made the right decision.
  • I met Grant by the bullring and we went to the mailbox for a drink at Harvey Nichols where I had a port wine.
    • We had our dinner after that at the PadThai a Thai restaurant, we both enjoyed, it was really yummy and the dishes was fantastic but the desserts tasteless and not as sweet as we expected.
  • We had thai beers as well.
    • Afterwards we've been to a pub that would finally suit both of us as we are hard to please regarding pubs and restaurants.
    • The place was nice and quite as we love them, warm atmospher.
  • I drank a ginger beer and tried a rum, loved it, it was spicy and soft.
  • Grant had cider as usual.
    • We've been taking selfies and laughing until I realised it was 10 pm so we walked back to the bus stops and jumped on the bus back to home.
