  • ARE WE HONEST OR DISHONEST?

  • To start with this issue, it must be said that nobody wants to steal.
  • Everybody is aware of this fact.
    • But, what happen when there isn’t a person who is stolen, when it is impersonal.
    • For example, it is well-known that banks aren’t our friends, that is why there is a general awareness or idea that if you steal in a cash machine, it isn’t as bad as stealing a physical person.
    • Which are the reasons for this?
    • One reason is because people don’t have confidence in banks, a lot of people think that banks steal them too; banks charge a lot of bank interests, banks fees, taxes, etc. Another reason is that people believe that they don’t earn enough money with their work; and they want to earn money doing nothing, therefore they take advantage of random, luck or a television contest for instance.
  • It leads me to think that we are more dishonest nowadays than in the past.
  • The more things we have, the more things we want.
    • We must think that there is always a person injured in a steal even in a cash machine, although he hasn’t a visible face.
    • We must be very careful about our values and give a good example for the new generation.
