    • Dostoevsky is great Russian writer, philosopher, publicist.
    • He was born on 30th October 1821 in Moscow, Russia.
    • He was a second of eight children in poor doctor's family.
    • In spite of his parent's poorness, he got a great education.
  • When he was 16, his mother died and his father sent him and his older brother to Saint-Petersburg.
  • In 1849 Dostoevsky was arrested for his work "The white nights" and was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment.
    • In 1857 he married with Mariya Isaeva.
    • He died in 28 January 1881 in Saint Petesburg.
    • The Dostoevsky's most important works are "Crime and punishment", "The idiot", "Demons", "The raw youth" and "The brothers Karamazov".
  • As for me, my favorite book of this great writer is "Crime and punishment".
    • I read this masterpiece in school when I was 17.
    • Reading wasn't easy, but it gave me amazing experience.
