Calling all fitness enthusiasts and those looking to learn something new! Join us for a thrilling experience that not only keeps you in great shape but equips you with the knowledge and skills to defend yourself in any situation.

We are excited to announce the start of our beginner classes for krav maga, the ultimate martial art for self-defense. To give you a taste of what we offer, the first lesson is absolutely free! (Please make sure to confirm your attendance by giving us a call beforehand).

In today's world, unprovoked street attacks and armed robberies are unfortunately not uncommon. While we hope you never have to face such situations, being prepared and knowing how to protect yourself can be a lifesaver.

Our courses are designed to gradually enhance your physical abilities, sharpen your senses, and improve your reaction time. You will learn the most effective self-defense techniques from various martial arts disciplines. Additionally, our classes provide an excellent opportunity to stay fit, enhance your balance, flexibility, and coordination. We will also teach you how to de-escalate conflicts and avoid confrontation whenever possible.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll learn:

• Safely fall or roll
• Escape from hand and hair grips (especially for women)
• Release from bear hugs
• Defend against strangulation
• Fight and defend yourself
• Use fists, elbows, knees, feet, and other body parts for self-defense
• Improve mobility
• Enhance anticipation and observation skills
• Defense against knife attacks
• Defense against weapons
• Dealing with multiple attackers

Feel free to bring your friends along who are interested in self-defense. However, please ensure that they are committed to attending.

What to bring: comfortable sportswear for the course. After training, don't forget to bring a bottle of water and wet wipes to freshen up.

Location: The former Pioneer complex or Bucur Square. Once you pass the barrier, take a right and go upstairs. (Refer to this image for visual guidance: )

Public transportation: The nearest subway stations are Timpuri Noi (7-8 minutes walk) and Mărăşeşti Station (1 minute walk to the tram stop - trams 23, 27).

Please note that the seminar will be conducted primarily in Romanian, but we can provide English translation if needed.
