Looking for a new way to stay in shape and protect yourself in any situation? Join our beginner Krav Maga classes, offered on multiple days throughout the week:

• Monday and Wednesday: 21:00-22:00
• Tuesday and Thursday: 20:00-21:00, 21:00-22:00, and 8:00-9:00

Krav Maga is a martial art designed for self-defense in real-life scenarios. Our first lesson is free, with a mandatory confirmation call beforehand. If at least five confirmed participants are coming from other promotion channels, the lesson will proceed as scheduled.

Don't wait until it's too late to learn how to protect yourself. Unprovoked street attacks, armed robberies, and other threats can happen to anyone. By learning Krav Maga, you'll develop the skills and techniques you need to stay safe in any situation.

Our classes will not only help you sharpen your senses and tone your muscles, but also improve your reaction time and coordination. You'll learn a variety of techniques, including:

• Safe falling and rolling
• Releasing from hand and hair grips (especially for women)
• Escaping from bear hugs and strangulation
• Self-defense using fists, elbows, knees, and other body parts
• Defense against knives and other weapons
• Defense against multiple attackers

Our classes are open to everyone, and you're welcome to bring a friend to see what Krav Maga is all about. Just make sure to join only if you plan to attend.
