Well, that depends A LOT on your specific personal circumstances and the actual source of your motivation (ie. the "why" behind your willing to learn Polish). There's is NO SINGLE BEST WAY to do anything on this planet because each and every one of us is "special", different, so some pieces of advice apply very well for some people although they don't work at all for others. That being said, if you're a complete beginner, I'd suggest looking up some Polish courses on Youtube - they can serve very well as a nice introduction to my native tongue. And as soon as you learn some basics, you should go and look for some native speakers in your area or at least online, who'd help to navigate you through your further progress.
