- Last week we had once again the pleasure to welcome you in our Establishment.
- As a regular guest we are always constrained to do our very best.
- But unfortunately we realized a confusion between your bill and an other guest of our Hotel.
- After checking the List, we found out, that items exchanged the followinf were.Breakfast: Orange Juice, scarmbled eggs with frozen cappucino.
- Besides two glasses of single malt Whiskey, 1 unit international call, Internet Service for one hour.
- Mrs. Goldberg could you check the List and if you find any mistakes please inform us immediately.
- Further more we apologize explicit and we will do our best.
- We will offer a small compensation.
- Our Hotel will credit your account the difference of the amount that was debited from your account has been credited to it.
- Thank you for your understanding in advance.
