  • Mrs. Goldberg could you check the List and if you find any mistakes please inform us immediately.
  • Further more we apologize explicit and we will do our best.
  • We will offer a small compensation.
  • Our Hotel will credit your account the difference of the amount that was debited from your account has been credited to it.
