Welcome to Spanglish Thursday Language Exchange Palermo! Join us every Thursday at 7:00 PM for an exciting language learning event.

Experience the unique opportunity to engage in 10-minute conversations with native speakers. With our two-hour sessions, attending just two times a week will provide you with an unparalleled number of practice opportunities.

At Spanglish, we believe that there are no shortcuts to Spanish fluency, but we make the learning process enjoyable. The event kicks off with a 30-minute check-in, where you'll have the chance to meet other Spanglishers. Around half of the attendees are new each time, so you'll always have the opportunity to make new connections. After some ice-breaking activities, you'll be seated at assigned tables for your first one-on-one conversation. Don't worry about making mistakes, because your conversation partner is in the same boat! You'll spend 5 minutes speaking in English and 5 minutes in Spanish before rotating to a new partner. By the second rotation, you'll be having so much fun that you'll forget you're actually learning!

At Spanglish, we encourage you to talk about whatever you'd like. Whether it's your favorite superheroes or restaurants, we believe that discussing topics you know and enjoy is the best way to practice a new language.

Our event welcomes study abroad students, international students, local Argentine students studying English, and anyone seeking a flexible, affordable, and comfortable environment to practice their conversation skills.

The event fee is AR$3000, payable at the event. Alternatively, you can opt for the Spanglish package, which includes four events for AR$10500. Additionally, you can enjoy our virtual language exchange events for free.

►HOW TO BE PART?

Simply go directly to the bar during the check-in time, and you will find a Spanglish staff member who will register you!

►HOW DOES IT WORK?

You'll be paired with native speakers for a series of 10-minute conversations during our two-hour sessions. Attending just two times a week for 2 hours each time will allow you to meet and practice with a large number of native speakers. At Spanglish, we prioritize fun and engagement in the learning process, so you won't even feel like you're taking shortcuts to Spanish fluency. The event starts with a 40-minute check-in, where you'll have the opportunity to meet other Spanglishers. Similar to the previous format, you'll engage in one-on-one conversations for 5 minutes in English and 5 minutes in Spanish before moving on to a new group of conversation partners.
